Dr Hirru Manivasagan

Focus: General Practice, Preventative Health and Children’s health.

Qualification: MBBS (Monash), FRACGP

Dr Manivasagan graduated from Monash University with Bachelor of Medicine/ Bachelor of Surgery and became a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She also have a Diploma in Child Health. She is interested in preventative health, paediatrics, chronic disease (eg. heart, lung and kidney disease). She also perform minor procedures including Implanon insertion and removal.

Dr Camilla Holdstock

Focus: General Practice, Mental Health, Children’s Health

Qualification: BSc (Hons), MBBS, PhD, FRACGP

Dr Camilla is local and enjoys lifestyle medicine, mental health, women’s and men’s health, paediatrics and minor procedures. She really thrives on looking after an entire family over many years.

Available: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Every 2nd Fridays and Saturdays

Dr Tiro Othomile

Focus: General Practice, Men’s Health, Diabetes, Work place Injuries, Health Checks and Chronic Disease Prevention and Management

Qualification: MBBS (Monash), FRACGP

Dr. Tiro graduated from Monash University with Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery and became a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He is very enthusiastic to meet new patients and develop long term relationships.

Available: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and every 2nd Saturdays.

Dr Michael Pech

Focus: General practice, Sexual Health and Aged Care

Qualification: MBBS, B.Med.Sc

Dr Pech graduated from the University of Melbourne Medical school in 1992 and has worked in clinical medicine since that time both here in Australia and overseas. Dr Pech has gained particular experience in Rheumatology, Aged Care and General Medicine. He has a particular interest in Preventative Medicine. He is also an S100 prescriber for hepatitis B treatments.

Dr Bambie Lee

Focus: General Practice, Elderly and Children’s Health

Qualification: MBBS, FRACGP, MPH, Dip. Clin Derm, DCH, Clin Dip Pall Med

Dr. Lee has been practicing Medicine for over 7 years. In addition to General Practice she has a Diploma of Pallative Care, Diploma of Child Health & Diploma of Clinical Dermatology.

Dr Emma Austin

Clinical Psychologist

Dr Emma Austin is a Clinical psychologist. She has a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Australian Catholic University. Emma has gained experience working in private practice settings, primary schools, high schools, youth public health settings (headspace) and a specialised eating disorder service. She is passionate about working with children, adolescents and young adults. Emma has assisted with research projects at the Mercy Hospital on maternal mental health and its impact on fetal development and the mother-baby relationship. She has published a number of academic papers on the impact of maternal stress on fetal development. Emma has experience in working with clients experiencing low self-esteem, anxiety, school refusal, selective mutism, disordered eating, depression, sleeping difficulties, family conflict, childhood trauma, relationship difficulties and grief. Emma draws on multiple treatment modalities to assist her clients, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), schema therapy, play therapy and psychodynamic therapy. Emma is also experienced in conducting cognitive, clinical and educational assessments.

Dr Germaine Gergis

Clinical Psychologist

Dr Gergis is a registered Clinical Psychologist who holds over six years experience in delivering high quality care to individuals within a recovery based framework. She specialises in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders in infants, children and in adults. These have included attachment and related disorders; mood and anxiety disorders; obsessive-compulsive and related disorders; personality disorders; schizophrenia; bipolar; trauma and stressor related disorders; disruptive, impulse-control and conduct disorders; autism spectrum disorders, etc.

Germaine is currently working as a Senior Clinical Psychologist at the Royal Children’s Hospital, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service where she provides tertiary level care and treatment to young people between 0-15 years of age. Germaine is highly driven and competent in the delivery of many evidence-based interventions including Psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy etc.

Dr Maureen Pianta

Clinical Psychologist

Doctorate of Psychology (Counselling Psych.), Swinburne University of Technology; Master of Counselling Psychology, Swinburne University of Technology; Diploma of Clinical Hypnosis, Australian Society of Hypnosis.
Registered Psychologist endorsed as both a Clinical Psychologist and a Counselling Psychologist by Psychology Board of Australia. Highlight of career – treating patients with cystic fibrosis in Dept. of Respiratory Medicine at Royal Children’s Hospital.
Sees older adolescents and adults for individual counselling. Major interests: Anxiety disorders, phobias, pain management, weight management and eating disorders, stress management, trauma, OCD, post-natal depression.

James Dickinson

Physiotherapist

James has been practicing physiotherapy since 2009 where he graduated from the La Trobe University.James has a special interest in shoulder injuries and has undergone postgraduate study to develop his skills in the area. He has experience with VFL team Port Melbourne FC where he was the head physiotherapist for 3years. James has utilised his treating skills in the private setting but also community rural health in locations such as Trentham and Daylesford. James is a keen cricketer and still plays at a sub district level after playing over 10 years at Essendon CC.

Denise Burbidge

Dietitian

Denise Burbidge is an Accredited Dietitian with 10 years experience. Having Qualified as a dietitian in 2007, Denise went on to study Diabetes Education. Her special interests include diabetes, gastrointestinal nutrition & geriatrics.

combine nutrition science, cooking and counselling skills to help clients improve their health
or live better with chronic disease.”
